When will Microsoft send back my xbox 360 after they have repaired it?

I sent my xbox 360 on the 29 of July and it was fixed on the 31 around 9:30 PM. They sent me an email saying they fixed it and that they would send me the tracking information once it's shipped off. Well it's now August 5 and they haven't emailed me yet, is there a specific date United Postal Service comes by and picks up packages from microsoft?When will Microsoft send back my xbox 360 after they have repaired it?
MS emails are hit and miss...I can tell you that I got an email when they shipped the box to me, but not many after that. I had to manually look up tracking numbers using my service code.



I just got my Elite 360 back today due to a RROD type issue. My system was delivered to MS on 07/23/08, and they shipped it back on 07/30/08. Since they send it UPS Ground, I didn't receive it until today, 08/05/08, due to UPS halting on the weekend.



Keep in mind that there are two possibilities. If the system is beyond repair, you will get a refurbished unit, where they ship you a system much faster. Mine had to be refurbished, which is typical of a RROD type service. If they can fix the issue without sending a refurbished unit, I have read where it can take much longer. Total turnaround time was about 2 weeks.



Also...they will extend your warranty by one year, and provide a 1 month free XBox Live Gold card. Details will be in the returned box.
When I sent my xbox 360 in to be repaired last November it took a total of three weeks for me to get it back. However, mine was for the red ring of death and they just replaced my 360. My brother sent his in for the same reason in April and got his back after just under 2 weeks. So unfortunately, I think it varies based on when Microsoft gets around to shipping it. UPS shouldn't really be a factor because they are normally consistent. And if I recall correctly, I didn't even get the email saying they shipped it until after I had already gotten my 360 back.When will Microsoft send back my xbox 360 after they have repaired it?

It normally takes about 1 weeks to recieve it back once thay have done the repair work for you,



Jut hang on a little longer and it will be with you at anytime i'm sure.
It will take about two weeks beginning the day that you shipped it (July 29th) So it should be coming soon just be paitent and it will be to your house soon. When will Microsoft send back my xbox 360 after they have repaired it?
go to ups.com and put in the tracking number that they gave you. that should tell you all u need to know. it took me about 10 days to get it back after they shiped it to me.
It will take 2 weeks to get your XB.
Call Microsoft and ask them. Who would know that information here?
