How do I deal with incompetent service from BT Yahoo ?

I have been lumbered with a new and quite awful configuration of my Yahoo email. Try as I might I cannot get the original restored. Despite the claim there is no Switch Back link to restore the original. I have sent 4 or 5 messages to Yahoo and been ignored apart from auto responses. I now require the name and postal address of the Chief Executive so that I can get a) a result or b) someone the sack. Anyone out there ?How do I deal with incompetent service from BT Yahoo ?

It took me awhile, but there was a way to do it without asking for Yahoo's assistance
