It is probably spam and i guess Nigerian because in 90% cases it is Nigerian or some other African IP address.

If it sound to good to be true it is. If you did not enter then how can you win. It is a SCAM just hit the SPAM button. Do not open emails like this it just confirms your email address and you will get a lot more spam. Never give out your personal info to any of these places. It is a phishing scam.
