Paypal scam or not? confused?

i dont know if this is legitimate...This PayPal庐 payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been " APPROVED " but will not be credited to your account until the shipment reference/ tracking number is sent to us for shipment verification so as to secure both the buyer and the seller. Below are the necessary information requested for your account to be credited. Send shipment reference/ tracking number to us by through this email Fundcentre@officeemail.net and our customer's payment service agent will attend to you. As soon as you send us the shipment's tracking number to us for security purposes and the safety of both buyer and seller, the money will be credited to your account. Do not send to the buyer the reference/ tracking number for the safety. that was at the bottom at the mail. Also i noticed that it was from Service@Paypal.com and i reset my password and the mail was from service@paypal.com(no caps)....suspicious? also i got this, This message is originated from PayPal company, We got a mail from JONES REGA regarding the shipment which you are suppose to make. We want to use this medium to inform you that it is imperative you consider the words you use with your buyer(s). PayPal does not encourage nor support Fraudulent Acts, We advice you that you go ahead to make the shipment and send us the Shipment Tracking Numbers as well as the Shipment Scanned Receipt for verification. Once we acknowledge the shipment we will go ahead to release your fund.



Failure to do this we will not hesitate to Terminate your account and as well(WTF MISSPELLED?) get you arrested and face the Law for going against the Terms and Conditions of PayPal INC.



Kindly make the shipment of the item which was paid for by our customer JONES REGA with the confirmed account (jnsrega@gmail.com) and send us the shipment information for your account to be updated.



Send the item via United State Postal Service (Express Mail) and not UPS, the safety of our customer is very important and we promise to render you Good and secure service, all you need to do is to get the item ship now and get back to us with tracking number. thanks, oh and when i hove my mouse over his email it goes to another email? Also why is united state postal service spelled wrong?Paypal scam or not? confused?

It is a fake email made to look like it is from PayPal. Unfortunately, scam artists usually can't spell very well.



Do not send the item. There is no payment pending.



Or.....you could type in a fake tracking number.Paypal scam or not? confused?
This is a SCAM! The e-mail you received did NOT come from PayPal.



Simply log into your PayPal account (make sure that you do NOT click on a link in the e-mail your received), and you will see that there is no payment there...pending or otherwise.
