Usps delivery failure notification email real or fake? help!?

i'm really expecting a package from us. i ordered the books on borders. the email contained this:

Hello!



Unfortunately we failed to deliver the postal package you have sent on the

20th of November in time because the recipient's address is erroneous.



Please print out the shipment label attached and collect the package at our

office.

These mails contain a zipped attachement that contains a virus.



DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT.



Besides, the USPS does not know your email, only the people/company you ordered the books from.

In case of problems - THEY will contact you by name.



Also, the email is to a SENDER of a package, not a RECIPIENT (you are the recipient, the sender is where you ordered your books)
If the U.S. Postal Service had a package that could not fit your box or required a signature, there would be a paper notice in your mailbox. They would not send an email.

I got the same email, so it's fake. Don't worry about it.
