I ordered a #37 ink pack from Lexmark.com. They asked for my physical address for shipping. I later got an email that my order was shipped by ups, but would be dropped off at a postal center and shipped the rest of the way by U S postal service. I let them know I would not be able to get the order as Its going to a different post office than the one I deal with in another town. I just went in business for myself and money is REAL TIGHT right now. I am pretty much out of ink, but Lexmark refuses to help or do anything. They keep saying they want to help, but all they want to do is make me purchsase another one and get credit when the first one is returned. Now I wanted to use my postal mailing address, and they wouldnot except it, yet its going to a post office for delivery. I went through the same issues with an order from Amazon and they quickly shipped out a replacement with free shipping at no charge and got their first shippment back a little later. GREAT SERVICE at Amazon.com. More than I can say about Lexmark.com. They have my credit info so its not like Lexmark cant bill me again if the first shippment isnt returned to them in a reasonable time. If anyone else has had issues with Lexmark, or knows of anything I can do about this, Please respond to this. My advise to everyone is not to deal with lexmark as their customer service sucks when the mistake is on their part.Has anyone else had poor customer service with Lexmark?
yeah a lot of companies now days suck because when you call your talking to some Indian that you can't understand and they talk to fast and don't care about customer. i called lexmark one time b/c of a driver set up and they kept asking for to much personal info that wasn't needed.Has anyone else had poor customer service with Lexmark?
I don't know of any company that will send a parcel to a Post Office, or a Post Office Box for delivery. They always request a street or business address for parcel delivery.
