I purchased something online and it's been 2 weeks and my merchandise never arrived. It turns out there was a problem with the postal service, or at least that's what I was told through email. Was the website a scam?Is USPS a reliable postal service?
USPS is the most reliable postal service in the world. The volume of mail that is handled everyday is mind boggling. One package can easily get side tracked on occasion. Depending when he actually mailed it, and the class of mail it was sent, all figure into it. This guy may have messed up some, it is always easy to blame the post office. This happened to me about a month ago with a book. It was supposed to arrive in 4 days but it never came. The guy that sold it to me contacted them and they said they shipped it back to him. It turned out that the book arrived in about 3 weeks which sucked BUT usps had no idea where the book was for some reason so i got a refund and the book for free. So i assume that the website isn't a scam and usps is just messing up.
