How does a citizen file a formal complaint against a local post office for poor service?

I am sure that I have seen a complaint form, but not recently. Are there on line forms to print out or email?

We live in a small town, and some of the postal employees are getting old and are rude and inconsiderate, acting like they are doing us a favor to do their civil service job which most people would be thrilled to have! But it's worse than that...

Our packages are delivered to the post office: we do not have door-to-door mail service. The postal employees insert a card in our post office box, letting us know to pick up packages.

Lately, it seems they often don't bother. When the parcel is a few days late in arriving, we ask and they mysteriously appear back there after they search around for awhile. We have paid for First Class or Priority Mail, and by that time, we have actually received our shipment much later, and may as well have paid for the sluggish Parcel Post. When I pay for Delivery Confirmation, they will actually scan the packages but not deliver them! I'll go on their website, and it will say it was delivered yesterday, but I have not received it! When I complain, it's just oh well, here it is. I think they need to be reported to a higher authority.

So.... how do I do that? I have searched on the USPS website, and cannot find a thing there. How does a citizen file a formal complaint against a local post office for poor service?
There is not a specific form for complaining about a postal worker, but you can certainly use their "email us" form and send them a note: https://hdusps.esecurecare.net/cgi-bin/h鈥?/a>

Or call USPS customer service and ask them the best way share your information with them: 1-800-275-8777.
If the problem is with your local post office you could ask to speak with the Post Office Master of that particular location. This is the manager of that branch. You can also file a formal complaint with the Office of the Inspector General, They can be reached by e-mail, phone, fax, or snail mail. Check the link below. Call your congressman and or Senator in your area and complain, complain and complain use 1-877-ask-usps and complain every complaint is handled by the area district if you complain to the postal employee expect to receive poor service I work for them we catch flake from Postmaster, managers, supervisors, and even the customers everyday and i mean everyday even when it is 110 degrees outside, raining, snowing, sleeting so hey what is one more complaint but if your going to complain follow the advice given up top it will work trust me
You really ought to be careful. Have you ever heard the expression " going postal"?? You could have already placed yourself in danger because those guys are computer nerds ( no offence postal worker - i admire your logical intelligence). Leave it in the hands of God as to punish the wicked. Amen.
