Im not sure why you want this, but i just want to say that if you have a problem with some post etc... there is nothing Ems can do, as it is run by the Chinese Postal Officer.
I did try to get you the page to contact them instead, but with the stupid China goverment blocking many websites to the western world it wouldnt work... you can try also: http://www.china.org.cn/english/travel/4鈥?/a> you will see it down the page on the left, 'China Post' maybe it will work for you.

They have many offices in China. If you can't find what you need on the 'net, I'd suggest trying the Chinese Embassy in London :- http://www.chinese-embassy.org.uk/eng/sg鈥?/a>
I'd imagine they could steer you in the right direction.
